Marine City Hardware stands behind every part we ship. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-DAY RETURNS

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in resalable condition, and in its original packaging with any tags or labels still attached.

All returns require proof of purchase (your order number or receipt).

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at marinecity9@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll reply with a return authorization and the return address within one business day.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns received without authorization may be delayed.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Returns are free within the 30-day window. We provide a prepaid return label — you do not pay return shipping, including when you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong part.

This applies to items returned in unused, resalable condition in their original packaging. Items excluded below, and items returned outside the 30-day window, are not covered.

FULL REFUND SITUATIONS

We will refund you in full, including original shipping, if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete
  • The item is materially different from its description or photos
  • The item is lost in transit
  • Your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment

REFUND TIMING

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

For orders paid in USDC, we will refund to the wallet used for the purchase, or arrange an alternative method with you.

ITEMS WE CANNOT ACCEPT

  • Items that have been installed, drilled, cut, welded, or otherwise modified
  • Items returned without their original packaging or hardware
  • Items damaged by improper installation or use
  • Custom or special-order items, unless faulty

These exclusions do not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law where the item is faulty or not as described.

EXCHANGES

Ordered the wrong size or thread? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange. We cover shipping both ways — the return and the replacement.

WARRANTY

Our stainless steel hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover corrosion or damage caused by improper installation, harsh chemicals, abrasives, or failure to rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure, nor does it cover normal wear or cosmetic marks from use.
